Organ Vitality Through Mechanobiologic Activation
A hypothesis-driven protocol combining intermittent exercise with targeted
From the essay
This concept paper reframes metabolic health improvement as an organ-centric goal: enhancing the function of key abdominal organs by reducing the metabolic burden of ectopic fat (fat residing within organs) and perivisceral fat (fat surrounding organs). Rather than positioning the problem primarily as “obesity,” we focus on restoring organ performance—especially hepatic metabolic control—by pairing intermittent resistance-based exercise with targeted abdominal mechanical stimulation (vibration and rhythmic compression delivered as gentle-to-rigorous self-massage).
