Overview
WHAT IF RESTORING OUR ENERGY IS NOT JUST ABOUT PRODUCING MORE OF IT? I've been exploring human energy flow from an engineering perspective, looking at the body as a complex system of interconnected organs, controls, and pathways. Now comes a more intriguing question: Can we physically influence the switches that regulate our energy? In The Body’s Physical Handles, I examine how movement, breathing, pressure, vibration, and pinpoint micro-massage may influence specific organs and their functions. Particularly fascinating is the possibility of engaging hidden organs indirectly through their surrounding tissues - their *mechanical neighborhoods. Some mechanisms are scientifically established; others remain hypotheses worth investigating. This exploration sets the stage for my next study, Power Plant: 20 to 100, where the focus shifts from understanding the system to identifying practical ways of restoring lost functional energy, sometimes surprisingly quickly. I invite you to read, question, and challenge these ideas as the investigation moves from theory toward application.
